Payment and delivery terms:

The Buyer has the option to pay the purchase prize for the goods to the Seller by any of the following:

• online payment – through JUICEBYMCB 
• by bank transfer(MCB)

Cash on Delivery Payment is not possible 

Ways of delivery:

• through service of a shipping company

Time of delivery:

• Bekaes commits to deliver the ordered and available items within 5 Business Days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Should Bekaes not be in a position to deliver the Customer’s orders within the given time-frame (for e.g in case of any force majeure), Bekaes Delivery Team shall contact the Customer immediately & notify him when the delivery of his order shall take place.

• Once a product has been delivered to a customer Bekaes will not grant any refund. So it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the product is in good condition and meets his or her expectation at the moment of delivery as no refund or exchange will be allowed once delivery has been done.

• Once delivery has been made, we will not be liable for any breakages, nonconformity or shortages of the products ordered.
